1. Agreement To These Terms

7. Submissions, Feedback And User Content

If you send us ideas, suggestions, comments, feedback, reports, images, custom designs, coin requests or other submissions, you confirm you have the rights required to submit them.

By submitting content, you grant CPWGames permission to host, use, review, display, modify, moderate and remove that content as needed to operate our services, protect the community and enforce these terms.

You are responsible for your submissions and agree that they must not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform rules, community standards or applicable law.

8. Custom Coins, Uploads And Game Content

9. Virtual Items, Points, Tokens And Rewards

CPWGames services may include virtual items such as coins, skins, tokens, points, tickets, drops, rewards, inventories, achievements and leaderboard records.

We may correct, remove, reset, adjust or revoke virtual items, balances, rewards, inventories or leaderboard entries where we believe there has been an error, exploit, abuse, fraud, cheating, technical issue or breach of these terms.

10. Payments, Purchases And Donations

Some services may allow purchases, donations, upgrades or support payments using third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other approved processors.

Payment providers are responsible for handling payment card details and payment processing. CPWGames does not store full card details on our servers.

Digital purchases, custom work, virtual items, donations and account upgrades may be non-refundable once delivered, activated or used unless required by law or otherwise agreed by CPWGames.

11. Third-Party Platforms And Services

CPWGames services may connect to third-party platforms, websites, APIs or services including Twitch, Discord, Kick, VPZONE, Velora, YouTube, PayPal and other providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their rules, outages, data handling, security, account restrictions, service changes, API changes or platform decisions.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, rules and privacy policies.

12. Service Availability, Updates And Changes

CPWGames services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that services will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every platform, browser, extension, website, device or third-party integration.

We may perform maintenance, bug fixes, security changes, feature updates, platform updates or emergency restrictions at any time.
