This statement formally documents a situation created by Twitch’s enforcement actions and compounded by its prolonged refusal to engage in any meaningful review or communication. After more than seven years of continuous, good-faith participation on the platform, the creators known as DiamondForce3 and CPWGames were permanently banned without warning, explanation, or evidence of wrongdoing.

Over those seven years, DiamondForce3 and CPWGames contributed positively to the Twitch ecosystem, including the development of widely used interactive chat-based games that brought sustained engagement and entertainment to the community. Based on all information available, the enforcement action appears to have resulted from a case of mistaken identity. No substantiated violations or allegations have ever been presented.

Failure to Respond and Lack of Due Process

Since the bans were issued, Twitch has failed to provide even basic acknowledgement of repeated support tickets, direct emails, and formal legal correspondence submitted over a period of approximately six to eight months. This lack of response has left no functional avenue for appeal or review.

This silence extends beyond frontline support channels. Emails—both legal and non-legal—directed to the office of Twitch’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Dan Clancy, have likewise gone unanswered.
