Public Statement

Last updated: June 17, 2026 — As of this date, no response has been received from Twitch to support inquiries, legal correspondence, or executive-level communications.

CPWGames Public Statement

This statement formally documents a situation created by Twitch’s enforcement actions and compounded by its prolonged refusal to engage in any meaningful review or communication. After more than seven years of continuous, good-faith participation on the platform, the creators known as DiamondForce3 and CPWGames were permanently banned without warning, explanation, or evidence of wrongdoing.

Over those seven years, DiamondForce3 and CPWGames contributed positively to the Twitch ecosystem, including the development of widely used interactive chat-based games that brought sustained engagement and entertainment to the community. Based on all information available, the enforcement action appears to have resulted from a case of mistaken identity. No substantiated violations or allegations have ever been presented.

Failure to Respond and Lack of Due Process

Since the bans were issued, Twitch has failed to provide even basic acknowledgement of repeated support tickets, direct emails, and formal legal correspondence submitted over a period of approximately six to eight months. This lack of response has left no functional avenue for appeal or review.

This silence extends beyond frontline support channels. Emails—both legal and non-legal—directed to the office of Twitch’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Dan Clancy, have likewise gone unanswered. The absence of engagement at both operational and executive levels reflects a systemic breakdown in accountability and governance.

By declining to respond, Twitch has denied DiamondForce3 and CPWGames the opportunity to correct an apparent error, to be heard, or to seek resolution through reasonable means. What could have been a prompt review has instead become a prolonged and damaging stalemate.

Human, Community, and Professional Impact

The consequences of this inaction have been significant. Active development and live operations were halted without notice. Community-driven projects were disrupted, and long-standing audiences were left without clarity. The professional and emotional toll of being removed from a primary platform and then ignored for months cannot be overstated.

Documented Financial Harm

As a direct result of the bans and Twitch’s continued refusal to communicate, DiamondForce3 and CPWGames have suffered financial harm now exceeding $100,000 USD. These damages include lost revenue, cancelled opportunities, interrupted monetization, and the inability to operate established products on the platform.

Estimated Financial Loss to Date

$165,000 USD

This estimate increases by approximately $5,000 per month while this matter remains unresolved.

Financial Disclosure

All figures presented are conservative estimates based on internal records and observable business impact. Actual damages may be higher and continue to accrue.

Next Steps

Given Twitch’s ongoing refusal to comment or engage, our next step will be to seek a formal statement from Amazon, Twitch’s parent company. Twitch operates under Amazon’s ownership, and escalation to the parent organization is warranted where subsidiary-level accountability has failed.

If Twitch or Amazon wishes to address this matter or provide an official statement, they may contact us directly at:
